What should I expect in a Dru Yoga Class

We start off by having some fun activations, stretches and warming up our muscles.

Next we focus on an asana which is a posture, these can be modified for everyone so everyone can participate.  Then it is either a sequence or an

Energy Block Release (EBR). EBR's are soft flowing movements which allow us to release blocked energies, which again can be modified for all abilities.

Last but not least, we finish off with a full relaxation which allows the body to settle, rejuvenate and reenergise.  10-20 minutes relaxation is the equivilent of 2-3 hours sleep!
