Dru Yoga


Dru Yoga is a graceful and potent form of yoga, based on flowing movements, directed breathing and visualisation.


With its foundations set firmly in ancient yogic tradition, Dru works on body, mind and spirit - improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability, building a heightened feeling of positivity, and deeply relaxing and rejuvenating your whole being.

Dru Yoga is for everyone ...

Designed to be practised by people of all abilities, all fitness levels and all age groups, Dru is a style of yoga that can be quickly dipped into or learnt in more depth over a lifetime. 

What can you expect from a Dru Yoga Class?

  • A short, fun activation and stretches to warm and prepare the body for the Sequences or Postures (Asanas).
  • An Energy Block Release (EBR).  EBR's are easy and pleasant to do and when performed correctly they can dissolve emotional, mental and physical energy blockages.
  • Flowing Postures (Asanas) or Sequences.  Each posture and sequence has specific therapeutic benefits for the body and mind.
  • Relaxation.  10-20 minutes of deep relaxation.  This allows you time to relax and release pent up tensions, giving your body a chance to balance and repair itself - and it is the equivilent of 2-3 hours of sleep!

The major passion we all share is our love for yoga and meditation.  It is through these practices that we want to help the world and community around us find a healthier, happier, more empowered way of living.
