What should I expect in a Dru Yoga Class

We start off by having some fun activations, stretches and warming up our muscles.  We may do an EBR or sequence followed by an asana which is a posture, these can be modified for everyone so everyone can participate.  EBR's are soft flowing movements which allow us to release blocked energies, which again can be modified for all abilities.

Last but not least, we finish off with a full relaxation which allows the body to settle, rejuvenate and reenergise.  10-20 minutes relaxation is the equivilent of 2-3 hours sleep!
